Refund Policy
This Refund Policy explains how refund requests for KaraokeSubs are handled.
1. Digital product notice
KaraokeSubs is a digital software product delivered electronically. Because of that, refunds are not automatically guaranteed once the product, license, or download access has been delivered, except where required by applicable law.
2. When a refund may be approved
Refund requests may be approved, at our discretion, in situations such as:
- you were charged more than once for the same product by mistake;
- there is a genuine technical issue that makes the product unusable and we are unable to resolve it within a reasonable time;
- the product was materially misrepresented;
- another refund is required by applicable consumer law.
3. When a refund may be denied
Refund requests may be denied in situations such as:
- you changed your mind after receiving access to the product;
- you no longer need the product;
- your workflow, third-party setup, or preferences changed;
- the request appears abusive, fraudulent, or inconsistent with fair use of a digital product refund process.
4. How to request a refund
To request a refund, contact support@karaokesubs.com and include your purchase email, order details, and the reason for your request.
5. Effect of refund on your license
If a refund is approved, the related KaraokeSubs license may be suspended, revoked, or permanently deactivated. Continued use of a refunded license is not permitted.
6. Chargebacks
If a purchase is reversed through a chargeback or payment dispute, the related license may also be suspended or revoked while the dispute is reviewed, and may remain deactivated if the chargeback is upheld.
7. Third-party checkout providers
Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Lemon Squeezy. In some cases, refunds may be subject to the policies, processing timelines, or dispute procedures of those providers.
