2. Product description

KaraokeSubs is a digital plugin/workflow tool for Adobe Premiere Pro that helps users create animated subtitle styles. Product features, preset availability, supported workflows, and pricing may change over time.

3. License and permitted use

Subject to a valid purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KaraokeSubs for your own personal or business editing work, in accordance with these Terms.

You may not, unless expressly allowed in writing:

• resell, sublicense, rent, distribute, or share the product or license key;
• copy or redistribute the product files except for your own backup or installation use;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract proprietary parts of the software except where law clearly permits it;
• circumvent licensing, activation, or security mechanisms;
• use the product in a way that violates applicable law or third-party rights.

4. Accounts, checkout, and payment

Payments and order processing may be handled by third-party providers, including Lemon Squeezy or other checkout partners. Your purchase may also be subject to those providers’ terms, policies, tax handling, and billing processes.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders where fraud, abuse, payment issues, or pricing errors are suspected.

5. License delivery and activation

After purchase, you may receive access to the product download and a license key. A valid license may be required to activate or continue using some or all product features.

We may suspend, deactivate, or refuse licenses obtained through fraud, chargebacks, unauthorized sharing, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

6. Refunds

Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy, which forms part of the overall purchase and licensing framework for KaraokeSubs.

If a refund, reversal, or chargeback is approved or upheld, the related license may be suspended, revoked, or terminated.

7. Updates and changes

We may update, improve, modify, or discontinue parts of KaraokeSubs at any time. We do not guarantee that every feature will remain unchanged forever.

8. Third-party software and services

KaraokeSubs may depend on or interact with third-party software, platforms, or services, including Adobe Premiere Pro, payment providers, hosting providers, or email services. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, compatibility issues, or actions of third-party services outside our control.

9. Intellectual property

KaraokeSubs, its branding, website content, visual assets, product materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to Saulius Satas, except where otherwise noted.

10. Disclaimer

KaraokeSubs is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every editing setup, operating system version, or future third-party update.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or workflow disruption arising from or related to your use of KaraokeSubs.

If we are found liable for any claim, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the product or license if you violate these Terms, misuse the product, engage in fraud, or interfere with licensing or security systems.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of KaraokeSubs or the website after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
